NEEDED FOR THE FALL SEASON

• Parent's Consent Form for the City
• Medical Release Form  This form should be kept with the coach/team for emergency medical suituations.  It is required at tournaments.  Do not turn in a copy to the City or County.  CGSA would like a copy on file at the office.
• Coastal Georgia Soccer is using online registration for Fall 2005.  Please go to the registration page for instructions and links.

Georgia Youth Soccer Rules
GYSA mandates that all players shall play at least half of a game. Click here for GYSA rules.  Section 500 deals with the modified rules for youth play and includes rules regarding substitution and playing time.
